Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Nirmaan Infraa, we are committed to delivering high-quality Interior & Decor, Construction, Horticulture, and Project Management Consultancy Services. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures transparency and clarity in all transactions.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • For Interior & Decor Services:

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made after 48 hours but before work begins may be subject to a 20% administrative fee.

    • Once the project has started, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

  • For Construction & Project Management Services:

    • Cancellations are allowed within 7 days of contract signing, subject to a processing fee.

    • Once material procurement or site work has started, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • For Horticulture & Landscaping Services:

    • Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before scheduled service.

    • Same-day cancellations will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed based on the nature of the service and the stage of completion.

  • If work has commenced, only unutilized service fees may be refundable, subject to approval.

  • Any custom orders, design work, or specialized services that have already been executed are non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

  • Bank charges or transaction fees (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Exceptions

  • In case of service delays caused by Nirmaan Infraa, clients may be eligible for a partial refund or compensation, based on mutual agreement.

  • Force Majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) may affect refund eligibility.
